Your Commission
Earn a fixed commission for every successful deal. The more deals you complete, the higher your commission. Deal counts are cumulative. Once you reach a new level, you keep it — levels do not reset monthly or annually.

Terms & Conditions
Each client can be attributed to one Referral Partner only. In case of duplicate submissions, the first valid client submission through Homzready will apply.
Referral Partner levels are cumulative. Once a new level is reached, it is maintained and does not reset monthly or annually.
The new commission rate applies starting from the deal that qualifies the Referral Partner for the new level.
Homzready may update the program, commission structure, or its terms from time to time without affecting commissions already earned.
What Qualifies
  • Clients submitted through your Referral Partner account who are not already active Homzready leads.
  • The client must sign an eligible contract and complete the required initial payment.
  • Fine Finishing contracts with a minimum contract value of EGP 1M.
  • Other Services contracts from EGP 300K, including kitchens, furniture, smart home, pools, landscaping, renovations, and other eligible home services.
